Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may apply for returns within 14–30 days after receiving the items.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept with original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used, damaged, worn products

• Products without original packaging

• Customized / personalized items

• Clearance sale products

3. Buyer’s Remorse Return

If you return items due to personal dislike, size problem or unnecessary purchase:

• Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer

• Original shipping fee is non-refundable

4. Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive defective, broken, damaged or incorrect products:

• We offer free replacement or full refund

• We cover return shipping cost

5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned items, the refund will be processed to your original PayPal payment method within 3–7 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.
